Phew! Was cleaning my hamsters' cages juz now.. 3 of them man~ Took me like 2 hrs lolz.. But i'm used to it.
Plus i like to play with my hamsters.. they're so kawaii~~~!! 
Like me..

Maybe i'll talk abt my hamsters in today's update since i duno wat else to talk abt lolz. I got a male and female hamster from Halfy in Feb 2004. They were arnd 2 mths old @ dat time and being local hamster breed, were already kinda big. On a beautiful Saturday almost 2 mths later, my mum told me she saw smth in the female's cage (i had to seperate the male and female hamster in 2 cages a wk before coz they were fighting like mad) and asked me to go take a look. I did and (surprise!) i saw 4 very tiny, very naked little babies!
(I didn't even realise the female was pregnant, i juz thot she had gotten fatter..
) It was the day before my birthday.. and i was thinking, aww 1 more day and we wld have the same birthday lolz.
Well, i can't say they were cute since @ dat time their eyes weren't open and they didn't have any fur.. but when they were arnd 1-2 wks old they were really super uber kawaii~!
I didn't dare to touch them tho, coz i heard dat the female might eat up her babies if i do so. Unfortunately, 1 of them didn't make it.. i duno the reason why.. perhaps it didn't get enough milk due to the competition from its siblings. 
Anyway, i let the babies stay with their mum until they started fighting among themselves too.
I didn't know wat to do coz i cldn't possibly get another 3 cages to put each of them in. Since they cldn't live peacefully together i figured i either had to sell or give a few away. (At dat point i was glad the mother hamster didn't give birth to like 10 hamsters like Halfy's hamster did ) At 1st i didn't bear to sell or give any away but the last straw came when even the mother got hurt.. and by hurt i mean she was bleeding and such. 
So i took 2 of the babies (already arnd 4-5 wks old by dat time) and sold them to a pet shop @ Serangoon North. I wld prefer to give them to someone i know but it was kinda hard finding someone to adopt them. Well, I hope they're with good owners now.
So now i'm left with the parent hamsters and their kid, a daughter to be precise. (Btw, all the baby hamsters are female by coincidence.) Mmm.. after counting the parents are arnd 10 mths old now and their daughter is 10 more days to 6 mths old hehe. I keep them in 3 seperate cages coz i dowan anymore fighting and dowan anymore baby hamsters haha.
Alrite.. that's it to my hamsters' history. I hope those reading this are not aslp by now.
Hee.. and now for the 1 millionth time i'm saying this, i'll definitely get myself a dog in future! Hahaha..posted @ 11:49 PM
