My first..day at work yet again! This time, at Christopher Chen Reproductive Centre situated in Gleneagles Hospital. Another new beginning for this hopeless job-hopper. Not that I want to be it, but so far I have yet to find a job that can hold my interest long enough for me to get their yearly bonus. Aww.. :x
Hopefully I can stick to this job permanently, as I am abit sick of changing new environments, and new colleagues, and new.. new... just new stuff. I think I'm getting old and stiff.
But, one thing I don't like about this new job is that I gotta reach the place at 8am! AM!!! Oh mi gosh! Which means, I gotta leave for work at 7AM! And which means again, I gotta wake up at 6AM every freaking morning!!! And this, to a night-owl who used to sleep no earlier than 2am every night, is...... *foams at the mouth*
Omg....... I have got to get use to this.
But then again, a good point is, I get to leave work earlier than most people, at 5pm on a couple of days, and 4pm on the rest. And the work's interesting, and there're lots of things for me to learn. And the clinic's pretty busy throughout the day, which is a good sign coz it means I probably won't get bored so easily.
Anyway, I left work at 4:30pm today and went to look for a place to take passport photos as they wanted two from me for records purposes. I ended up at a Fujifilm shop at Lucky Plaza basement.
Total shock no.1: It costs $12 for 4 photos! Freaking expensive sia!! So what if it's digital. Like that I rather take and print it out myself. -_-|||
Total shock no.2: I turned around and suddenly saw this man/woman asking to photocopy something. He got more layers of make-up on his face than me lor! What is most obvious is his mascara.. ~_~ But I must say something fair - it's not that he looks ugly. In fact, I think he has a beautiful face.. it's really a pity that he talks and behaves like a sissy boy. *sighs*
Total shock no.3: I decided to go Sun Plaza for my photo-taking. As I was scanning my ezlink card at the mrt, I was thinking at the same time that my mum should be off work by now and I just casually looked around. And I immediately saw HER standing in front of me waiting to scan her ezlink card! What the fiak. Am I developing ESP or something?
Enough of shocks for today.. I think my hair's all fizzled.
So me and mum went to Sun Plaza together. Fortunately for me, there's a Kodak shop at the basement of Sun Plaza, and it costs only $8 for 6 photos there! Digital also leh. Lower price for more photos!! *yay* Conclusion: I must go Sun Plaza more in future.
Here are they! Frankly speaking, I have never taken passport photos that look so nice before. (Indirectly saying I look nicer now. :x)
Anyway, sorry to my friends for being 'mia' recently. I am still 'PMSing' in progress. But don't worry, I'll be back soon! After I'm more settled in my new job heh. Until then, cheers!
